Dr. Lauren Keith is a human performance specialist experienced in leadership and employee assessment, leadership and management coaching and development, organizational surveys, HR structure and support, and human performance management. Lauren is also an experienced trainer and instructional designer. She has developed and implemented programs across a variety of corporate clients in the areas of effective supervision, communication skills, engagement and accountability, respect in the workplace, enhancing interpersonal interaction, and stress management.

She provides support to Human Resource Executives regarding more effective communication with key decision makers, implementing more effective evaluation systems, and being more of a valued contributor vs. just an administrator.
